HOLY EUCHARIST

Jesus, I have received You in Holy Communion. Guest in my body, God in my heart!,
I love You!

All the universe, every soul ever created, time eternal, all here in my heart.

I am an unworthy soul in which to give You lodging, an unworthy vessel to contain Your limitless goodness.

I can never be worthy, Lord, but make me worthy. I will have the confidence to receive the gift of Your Love.

Father, forgive me, Holy Spirit,
inspire me, Christ renew me,
Jesus hold me safe in Your Sacred Heart.

I receive You in the name of all humans past and future, who cannot do so.

As You give Yourself to me in Communion,
show me how to give myself to You.

All that I am, have been, and can ever be came from to me from You.

Please help me now to understand more clearly the union of love by which You have created me to be Your child and Your brother.

All this I pray in Your Holy Name,
